Current customers now have access to a small but important change to their Parent Notices document navigation menu. The “All Documents” menu is located at the top left-hand side of your screen after you login, and is where subscribers go to navigate from one document collection to the next.
In order to provide a better customer experience and to let educators know about the full range of resources available to them through TransACT Parent Notices, we have updated the menu to include a list of all the available TransACT Parent Notice document collections.
As you select “all documents” you will be able to see the TransACT Parent Notice document collections in two different colors:
-
Document collections in white text are the active subscriptions that your district or state has signed up to use. Click on the titles to access these collections.
-
Document collections in grey represent other collections provided by TransACT that your district or state has not purchased. If you would like more information on a document collection that you do not have access to, click on the grey link and submit a request for more information, or click here.
If you have problems accessing a collection, or believe that your district has a current subscription to any of the collections shown in grey, please contact us here.
Since 1994, TransACT has been providing solutions to school districts that help teachers, administrators and district officials ensure that their time and money is being spent where it impacts students the most. We are thrilled that this change will give our existing customers greater visibility into the complete suite of resources available to them, including parent notifications and guidance during the transition to ESSA, as well as parent notifications for IDEA 2014, Section 504, English Learners, and custom document support in their priority languages.
